We are currently substituting Peruvian for Mexican and Cascadia Blend for Sumatra in blends and single origins and are adjusting the blend components to approximate the standard components and taste profile.

Created for friends who crave the intensity and boldness of darker roasted coffees, this is a blend of French Roast Sumatra Mandheling and Italian Roast Mexican Chiapas.
