We are currently substituting Peruvian for Mexican and Cascadia Blend for Sumatra in blends and single origins and are adjusting the blend components to approximate the standard components and taste profile.

A blend formulated especially for espresso-based drinks. Just the right proportions of Viennese Roast Sumatra Mandheling, French Roast Peruvian Amazonas and Italian Roast Mexican Chiapas. Syrupy, smooth and bittersweet, it yields a perfect shot with good crema and just a hint of smokiness.  Swiss Water Decaffeination Process – 99.9% caffeine-free.  Tasting Notes:  Caramelized sugar, cocoa, lemon
