Joe Classic’s uppity sibling is a blend of light and medium roasts. The syrupy smoothness of Sumatra Mandheling is combined with sweet, earthy Papua New Guinea and lively Mexican Chiapas. Medium bodied with a bright acidity. Tasting Notes: Lemon, apricot, cedar

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a nationwide shortage of Sumatra Mandheling Organic Fair Trade, we are having to substitute Conventional Sumatra Mandheling for the Organic Fair Trade. All other components in the blend remain the same; however, this blend is no longer Organic or Fair Trade due to the conventional component.
