Viennese Roast

The lightest of the dark roasts. Pleasantly full and spicy, it is particularly smooth and not as bittersweet as the darker roasts. Made with Colombian Huila, which is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and a sweet finish. Very well rounded flavor. Great brewed conventionally or for espresso. Tasting Notes:  Toffee, fig, berry
