We are currently substituting Peruvian for Mexican and Cascadia Blend for Sumatra in blends and single origins and are adjusting the blend components to approximate the standard components and taste profile.

A superb blend of Indonesian and Central and South American dark roasted coffees. Although created especially for use in your espresso machine, it is also delicious brewed conventionally.
