We are currently substituting Peruvian for Mexican and Cascadia Blend for Sumatra in blends and single origins and are adjusting the blend components to approximate the standard components and taste profile.

A blend formulated especially for espresso-based drinks. Just the right proportions of Viennese roast Sumatra Mandheling and French Roast Peruvian Amazonas. Syrupy, smooth and bittersweet, it yields a perfect shot with good crema with no smokiness.  Swiss Water Decaffeination Process – 99.9% caffeine-free.
