We are currently substituting Peruvian for Mexican and Cascadia Blend for Sumatra in blends and single origins and are adjusting the blend components to approximate the standard components and taste profile.

Specially blended just for iced coffee and cold brewing. Heavy bodied Sumatra Mandheling and Peruvian Amazonas are combined with a generous portion of snappy, dark roasted Mexican Chiapas.
