Indigo Espresso Blend

A classic blend formulated especially for espresso-based drinks. Just the right proportions of Viennese Roast Sumatra Mandheling, French Roast Peruvian Amazonas and Italian Roast Mexican Chiapas. Syrupy, smooth and bittersweet, it yields a perfect shot with good crema and just a hint of smokiness. Tasting Notes:  Caramelized sugar, cocoa, lemon

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a nationwide shortage of Sumatra Mandheling Organic Fair Trade, we are having to substitute Conventional Sumatra Mandheling for the Organic Fair Trade. All other components in the blend remain the same; however, this blend is no longer Organic or Fair Trade due to the conventional component.
