Decaf Italian Roast

The darkest of the dark roasts. Very full, black and bittersweet with low acidity and smoky undertones. Made with coffee from the region of Sul de Minas, famous for top cupping Brazilian coffees. It is a mellow coffee with medium body, light acidity and subtle fruit tones. Sweet finish. Smooth enough to be enjoyed as a continental cup, brewed conventionally, but also excellent brewed for espresso. Swiss Water Decaffeination Process – 99.9% caffeine-free.
