Indigo Espresso Blend

A classic blend formulated especially for espresso-based drinks. Just the right proportions of Viennese Roast Sumatra Mandheling, French Roast Peruvian Cajamarca and Italian Roast Mexican Chiapas. Syrupy, smooth and bittersweet, it yields a perfect shot with good crema and just a hint of smokiness. Tasting Notes:  Caramelized sugar, cocoa, lemon
