Indigo Coffee roasts the finest of the world's coffee harvest. We use only the highest grades of arabica coffees available, and everything is authentic as labeled.
Our signature roast is a Full-City roast, which is the darkest of the light roasts. We feel this allows the beans to develop fully, bringing out enhanced richness and flavor. All of our roasting is done in small batches (up to 50 pounds of green beans at a time) using the traditional dry roast/ air cool method. We roast only to order, so our coffee is shipped within 24 hours of roasting, giving you the freshest coffee possible. In addition, all of our coffee is certified Kosher.
We have chosen to offer only Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffees, as this is a completely chemical-free process, using water and carbon filters. The Swiss Water Process has been fine-tuned to deliver all the flavor characteristics and body of each coffee with virtually no caffeine.
Indigo also offers the Numi Organic Tea line. Numi is an independent tea company providing the highest quality whole leaf teas. Numi's difference is steeped in every cup, by hand-blending organic, whole leaf teas, pure herbs, real fruits and fresh spices. All of Numi's Teas are Certified Organic and many are Certified Fair Trade.
